Part 3[]
Guarding Judas Iscariot's Silver[]

Vlad feeds on Sabrina
Vlad sleeps in a crypt in the Field of Blood. Sabrina finds Judas Iscariot's 30 Pieces of Silver in Vlad the Impaler’s crypt. Vlad is nothing more than a skeleton at this point. Sabrina takes the silver and counts it to ensure all 30 pieces are accounted for. Vlad rises from his crypt, full of blood and flesh once more. He approaches Sabrina from behind and compels her into compliance. He asks if his father sent Sabrina, she replies no, explaining that she was sent by Judas, unaware that Judas is in fact Vlad’s father; the father of vampires. He compels Sabrina into allowing him to feed on her. When he does, her infernal blood burns him. Sabrina then breaks free of his compulsion and kicks him in the face.[1]
Helping Sabrina[]

The guardians attack Sabrina
Decades have passed since Vlad's previous encounter with Sabrina and the pagans have since taken over Greendale. When she suddenly returns to Pandemonium to steal the regalia, Vlad, King Herod, and Centurion attack her. Sabrina freezes them in place, during which time Vlad reveals that Hell was invaded by the archangel Michael, who killed Caliban in battle. Hell was then sacked. However, through it all, the Regalia remained hidden. As for Caliban's plan to expand Hell into the mortal world, he failed after being beaten back by the pagans of Earth.

The guardians protect Sabrina
Vlad, Centurion, and King Herod, the guardians of the regalia, decide to align with Sabrina to help her defeat the pagans. They accompany her back to her home, where they kill two plant-like creatures. After she is reunited with Ambrose, the two devise a plan to take down the pagans. Sabrina wants to use the time egg to go back in time to save Greendale. In order to do that they would have to repurpose the Unholy Regalia, assuming Vlad, King Herod, and Centurion would allow him to, which they do. Sabrina and Ambrose smelt down the Unholy Regalia into a morningstar, a medieval spiked ball and chain, that Sabrina then uses to gather the egg’s magical energies into a vortex, which allows her to go back in time and stop the pagans.[2]
Physical Appearance[]
Vlad is an olive-skinned man, not very tall (in fact he is only a little taller than Sabrina), but very robust and strong-looking. His curly hair is black, and falls to his shoulders.
Vlad has an aquiline nose, swollen nostrils, a sharp, clean-shaven face, black eyes, thick black eyebrows, a moustache, and broad shoulders.
Vlad dresses in a princely manner; with a green silk tunic that covers his entire body, a red sleeveless sable coat, and a red leather cap trimmed with silver and a feather.
Powers and Abilities[]
As the first vampire, Vlad is endowed with various supernatural abilities, including immortality and compulsion, as demonstrated when Vlad compelled Sabrina to be compliant and fed from her. However, her celestial blood seared his mouth.
