Sundown in Riverdale[]

When Tabitha travels back in time, she takes on the persona of Teresa during December 1944. Titus approaches and shows her that the diner has made it into The Green Book. He and Teresa then go to the community meeting at the high school to determine if Riverdale should become a sundown town or not, which both he and Teresa are naturally opposed to. Later that night, Titus and Teresa provide a family of three with safe haven as they flee persecution from Centerville. And when Sheriff Perkins arrives outside the diner to take them away, Titus exits with his shotgun loaded and tells them that they won't be entering his establishment without a warrant. Fortunately, after Teresa devises a plan that incapacitates the sheriff, she is able to sneak the family away with help from Artie Andrews. The following day, Teresa informs Titus that Tracy and Flynn got home safely. Just as she's about to tell him that she's not actually Teresa, Perkins enters and shoots at her.[2]

Physical Appearance[]

Titus was an older man with a dark complexion, brown eyes, short hair, and glasses. He strikes the same jovial appearance as his son, Pop Tate.
