SoDale is an upcoming development located on the South side of Riverdale, owned by Lodge Industries and constructed by Andrews Construction.

It is set to be 40,000 square feet of commercial space, including a shopping center, a multiplex cinema as well as public parks and modern condos overlooking Sweetwater River.

In "Chapter Twenty-Eight: There Will Be Blood", Hiram and Hermione revealed that their plans for SoDale is to build housing for the employees of the private, for-profit prison that they intent to build where Southside High once stood.

• The site the project is being constructed upon is the former home of the Twilight Drive-In, which was purchased by Hiram Lodge and demolished to make way for the project.
• Before the drive-in, the land was owned by the Blossom family. Cliff Blossom had actively sought to reacquire it, but he never managed to.
