- The title of the story is a reference to a 2011 British-American film directed by Lynne Ramsay, and adapted from Lionel Shriver's novel of the same title.
- The blond guy on Francesco Francavilla cover version may be a nod to the original Kevin Keller from the Archie Comics, where he's blond.
