Putnam house

Putnam house is the family residence of Joe Putnam and his son Theo. It is also the site of where Dorothia Putnam settled her original homestead.

The Putnam home is used in various film projects. Most notably, it was the house used in the X-Files episode Home, which has been described as one of the most disturbing episodes of the series.
When Sabrina, Hilda, and Madam Satan perform the exorcism on Theo's uncle Jesse, the light shining angled down through the windows of the home is homage to the film The Exorcist.
