Arising Suspicions[]

Lilith attends Sabrina Morningstar's Hell-themed prom. After dancing with Caliban, Lilith watches as Sabrina greets Demonic Minion with an unusual amount of kindness, evening hugging him.[1]

The Discovery of Two Sabrinas[]

Lilith confesses to Lucifer that she’s surprised that he’s so approving of Sabrina’s marriage to Caliban. Lucifer explains that it’s a useful union, as Caliban has no family who might try to wrest control of the throne. He’s also made of clay, so he won’t pollute the Morningstar bloodlines, but most importantly, he’s attractive, meaning he and Sabrina will provide Lucifer with beautiful grandchildren, however, this would also of course mean competition for the throne in regards to Lilith and Lucifer’s child.

Lilith goes to the Spellman Mortuary to see if Sabrina’s aunts could talk some sense into her regarding her union to Caliban, but since she just left Hell, where Sabrina was tasting wedding cakes, she now realizes that there are two Sabrinas. Lilith warns Sabrina of the temporal paradox she antagonizes every time she and her other self meet. However, Sabrina is more concerned with Caliban. Much like Lilith, she is opposed to Morningstar marrying him. Lilith seeks to kill him, but Sabrina wants to try breaking them up first and tells Lilith to arrange for Caliban to meet her at the Academy.

Lilith attends Sabrina Morningstar's union to Caliban, where Sabrina Spellman also marries the Uninvited in an effort to gain his trust. She then tricks him and they lock the terror inside the yellow doll house.[2]

The Birth of Adam[]

Lilith suddenly goes into labor and finds herself under intense pain as her baby nears birth. She calls out to the Demonic Minion in fear of being ripped apart by her own child and tells him to take her to the mortal realm. Demonic Minion does as told and takes Lilith to the Academy of Unseen Arts, where Zelda instructs Prudence to gather all the witches in the Academy. Once inside, the Order of Hecate surrounds Lilith as she goes into labor. She screams out in agony. So, Zelda calls upon Hecate to make Lilith’s pain their pain so that she can deliver the child. With help from the coven, Lilith gives birth to a beautiful baby boy whom she names Adam.

Zelda and Hilda inform Lilith of the arrival of the Plague Kings, who claim that they’ve come to pay tribute. However, Lilith knows that their true motive is to kill her child. So, the coven disposes of them: Asmodeus is killed and Beelzebub was gravely wounded. The Spellmans then offer Lilith refuge at the Academy for as long as she needs, to which Lilith replies "Adam and I accept."[3]

Seeking Asylum at Cerberus Books[]

After Blackwood warps reality with the Imp of Perverse, Lilith is forced into hiding because witches are persecuted in this new world. She seeks asylum at Cerberus Books, where a resistance has formed. After drinking Hilda's stone soup made from the Stone of Omphalos, the witches regain their memory and plan their attack against Blackwood.

The following day, Blackwood holds the executions at the Desecrated Church, where the witches are secretly in attendance. As Blackwood tortures Nick, Sabrina makes her presence known, distracting Blackwood long enough for Ambrose to destroy the Imp, but it is only a replica. The Order of Hecate then join Sabrina and trap Blackwood in place. When Judas and Judith attempt to intervene, Melvin and Lilith hold them at bay long enough for Sabrina to wish upon the Imp and restore reality.[4]

Sacrificing Adam[]

Baby Adam is crying uncontrollably with Lilith having very little means to provide comfort. Hilda interrupts and asks Lilith if she has a plan moving forward with her life. Lilith intends to remain hidden in the room until Adam’s 16th birthday. He’ll come of age and challenge and defeat Lucifer to claim the throne, thus making Lilith 'Queen Mother.'

Lilith meets with Lucifer and Caliban meet with Lilith after sending Adam away with Hilda, who warned her of their arrival. Lucifer reveals that he will be taking his son when he leaves for Hell. Looking to take the attention off her, she informs Lucifer that Caliban sent the kings to kill her, but he denies any such doing. Not that it matters, as Lucifer couldn’t care less about Lilith. He would kill her, but he doesn’t want to make her a martyr to their son. As Romulus and Remus suckled on the teat of a wolf, so his son will suckle on the teat of a hellhound, Lucifer says. Lucifer orders Lilith to retrieve their son and ensure that he’s ready when Lucifer returns to take him in six hours.

Lilith tells Adam that he’ll be alright and that Lucifer will never have him. By the time Lucifer returns to claim Adam, Lilith has killed their son. She had made a meal out of him similar to what Lucifer did to Adam Masters. Lilith explains that she’d rather their son die than for him to be raised in Lucifer’s image. She then begs him to kill her. Lucifer would rather see Lilith suffer, so he strips away her powers and banishes her to walk on Earth for the rest of her days as a mortal.[5]

Killing Lazarus[]

Lilith hides from the coven that she's killed baby Adam and coddles a doll to maintain the ruse. She then starts to hear the echoing cries of her baby, causing Lilith, herself, to cry hysterically and asks for forgiveness after having butchered her own child.

Lilith summons Caliban. She can hear Adam’s crying echoing, but Caliban hears nothing of the sort. Lilith wishes to end her life, but she needs Caliban help to break Lucifer’s malediction. The only weapon that can kill someone cursed with immortality is the Spear of Longinus; the spear that pierced the Nazarene’s side when he was crucified. The Centurion of Golgotha is in Hell, guarding the spear. If Caliban can retrieve it, Lilith will kill herself.

Lilith is becoming overwhelmed with Adam’s nonstop crying which only she can seem to hear. Caliban returns as expected with the Spear of Longinus and wishes Lilith a happy death day. Lilith heads into the lobby and prays to Hecate to give her the strength to kill herself. However, Zelda informs Lilith that the hauntings are a result of the latest Eldritch Terror and that Mambo Marie is battling against the terror’s undead ally, Lazarus. And until Marie defeats him, the dead will keep coming back.

Lilith interrupts Mambo Marie’s game with Lazarus. She seeks a boon from him. She requests that he return her child to life, however, without a body, he cannot help Lilith. Lazarus then proceeds to win the game, meaning that the living and the dead will forevermore be entwined and suffer, feeding the Void as it approaches. However, before he can finalize this act, Lilith kills him with the Spear of Longinus. Lilith figured if the spear could kill the Nazarene then it could kill one of his last remaining miracles. Mambo Marie thanks Lilith and tells her that she will receive a boon, though not the one she sought.

Just as Lilith is about to throw the Spear of Longinus into the fire, she hears baby Adam call out to her: "Mama," he says. She realizes that his spirit is trapped inside the fetish doll gifted to her by Adam Masters.[6]

After eavesdropping on Sabrina and Nick, Lilith reveals to Lucifer and Caliban that Sabrina Morningstar is dead. She was killed by the Void. Lilith says that there is more, but she will only tell Lucifer if he agrees to restore her powers afterwards. Lucifer agrees, and Lilith reveals that Sabrina Morningstar died and the Spellmans are using her body as a vessel to house Sabrina Spellman’s soul. With this, Caliban urges Lucifer to kill the Spellmans and reclaim Sabrina Morningstar’s body for the royal burial she deserves. Additionally, Lilith reveals the best opportunity to strike.

Lucifer returns to Hell after Sabrina decimated his entire force with God-like powers. Although, as Lilith points out, her information was correct. She asks for her powers back as agreed upon. However, Lucifer is only concerned with killing Sabrina. With his back turned, Lilith takes the Spear of Longinus and stabs him in his back where his wings once were. Lucifer collapses in pain, and Lilith drinks his celestial blood. Lilith sits on top of Lucifer and threatens to kill him with the spear. Ultimately, she decides to banish him from the Court of Hell. She casts him out to wander the mortal realm.

Later, Lilith attends the funerals of Sabrina Spellman and Sabrina Morningstar.[7]
