The Grundy house was the residence of Geraldine Grundy.
It is located in the town of Greendale, a small town on the other side of Sweetwater River. Geraldine would hold private music lessons from her home with her students at night.
Unfortunately, after one of her lessons, she was murdered by the Black Hood after he broke into her house and strangled her from behind with a cello bow.
