Season 5[]
Helping Betty[]
Glen meets with Betty, who is on desk duty after her run-in with the Trash Bag Killer. Betty shares her findings with him. She explains that there were a set of multiple murders in Odessa, Texas that simply stopped without explanation. Two months later, in North Dakota, there was a similar string of killings, and just like before, the killings stopped for no reason. Betty suspects that they have a migrating serial killer. However, Glen tells her to stop and reminds Betty that she’s supposed to be logging cold cases not tracking killers. He also reminds her that the last time she followed a hunch, it involved the Trash Bag Killer, and that went horribly wrong. He then caresses her hand and proposes that they meet up at his place, but she turns him away, claiming to have plans.
The following day, Glen learns that Betty is returning to Riverdale for a few days. While she’s there, he tells her to pack up the FBI satellite office, where she and her brother Charles worked. In return, Betty tells Glen to watch after her cat and gives him a kiss goodbye.[1]

Glen tells Betty and TBK is back
While investigating the disappearance of her sister Polly, Betty calls in a favor to Glen in hopes that she’ll be able to freely investigate Swedlow Swamp without interference from owner Hiram Lodge, but Glen warns Betty to allow the locals to handle it. He then reveals that the Trash Bag Killer has re-emerged in Tulsa; they have two victims so far. Betty, caught off guard, tells Glen to focus on TBK and that she’ll handle everything else herself.[2]
Taking Over Polly's Case[]

Glen tells Betty that the blood they recovered was likely Polly's
Glen calls Betty after receiving the blood results blood from the phonebooth that Polly called from. The recovered blood is AB-negative. The rarest type and a match for Polly, suggesting that she’s dead. Glen is sympathetic, but Betty doubts that he cares. She replies that if he cared at all, he would've help her.
Glen decides to take over the case and head down to Riverdale. There, he learns that Betty lied about the blood test results to her mother and informs Alice the truth, that it was most likely Polly's blood they found covering the phonebooth. Alice is upset with Betty for lying to her. Glen then informs Alice that he will personally be taking over Polly’s case. He’ll make sure that the investigation is handled thoroughly and by the book.[3]

Glen wants to investigate Betty's father
Glen and Betty rekindle their romance while he is in town staying at the Five Seasons. He hopes to get to know Betty’s family better while there, but she explains that her mom and the twins are all the family she has left. After turning down the possibility of Jughead helping them given that it's now an official FBI investigation, Glen and Betty begin to discuss Polly's disappearance and the Lonely Highway, for which there’s a lot of ground to cover. Glen already has ten agents searching the area and ants Betty's expertise regarding her father and his days as the Black Hood. Some of the remains date back to when he was still alive and actively killing people. Glen suspects that Hal was one of many killers to dump bodies along the Lonely Highway. He recalls that Betty's father underwent extensive analysis during his time at the Sherwood Asylum and wants to review the tapes.
Glen and Betty review Hal’s taped Sherwood analysis sessions. On one of the tapes, he notes that he and Alice weren’t in a good place. She wouldn’t touch him or even look at him for that matter. So, he started connecting with women on Ned’s List, which as Betty informs Glen, is how women working the Lonely Highway make their connections.

Glen shows Betty his dissertation
During dinner, Betty reveals that her niece and nephew, Juniper and Dagwood, pushed a kid down a flight of stairs. She’s worried that they’re bad seeds. Glen would like to meet them. The reason being that he’s writing a dissertation revolving around the Cooper family titled "Family of Darkness. Varying displays of the serial killer gene in the Cooper family tree." Glen explains that the Coopers are the perfect case study for nature vs nurture. Betty and Charles both have the genes. He’s a killer, but she’s not. And Betty’s father didn’t have the genes, but he was a murderer. Betty isn’t interested in his dissertation and even threatens to quit, as she suspects that he’s only in town for his paper. However, Glen doesn’t believe that she actually intends to quit, as she needs him to find Polly. Betty then slaps Glen when he attempts to direct the conversation back to their personal relationship.

Glen is stabbed
Glen stops by the Cooper house unexpectedly with flowers and a present only to be held at gunpoint as he enters by Charles and Chic, who have escaped from the Lodge Detention Center. Betty realizes that they must've attended the academy together and concludes this must be the reason behind Glen's dissertation of her family. Since Glen is so interested in what makes a serial killer tick, Charles suggests they play a game called "Pincushion Man," where the youngest member of a family takes a pin and sticks it in the pincushion man, that being Glen in this case. And with Juniper being the youngest member in their family by three minutes, Chic hands her a large kitchen knife and tells her to stick it in the Pincushion Man. Betty begs Charles to show mercy. Juniper is only nine years old and this will scar her for the rest of her life. While they may be lost causes, Juniper and Dagwood still have a chance at normal lives. Charles concedes and says that Betty must take her turn. Betty takes the knife and Alice sends the twins upstairs. Betty whispers for Glen to trust her and stabs him in the stomach. She then throws the knife into Chic's chest whilst Alice wrestles with Charles for control of the gun. The gun suddenly goes off and Charles is wounded, though both Glen and Charles survive their wounds.[4]
Investigating the Lonely Highway[]

Glen takes Betty's badge
Glen crosses paths with Betty during his sting investigation of the Lonely Highway. Betty has been hunting the highway killer disguised as a working girl, which lands her in the center of Glen's investigation. When Betty flashes her badge, Glen reminds her that she's no longer an agent, after quitting. Betty confronts Glen for entrapping young women rather than arresting the actual killer. Glen reminds Betty that it's illegal to impersonate an FBI agent and orders her to hand over her badge and gun.[5]
Season 6[]
Attacked by TBK[]

Glen is attacked in his car
Glen and Betty report that as of two days ago, Hiram Lodge is now on the FBI's most wanted list, as he nearly killed Betty in a bombing at the Andrews house. Later that night, when it's only the two of them in the office, Glen asks Betty if she's seeing anyone and makes a move despite the fact that she's with Archie. She pushes him away, and when he advances towards her again, she punches him in the face. So, the next day, while working out with the other agents, Glen tells them how he and Betty were hooking up and she accidentally elbowed him in the face. This results in Glen being reassigned, as well as becoming the subject of an FBI harassment investigation. On his way out of town, Glen stops at Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe. He gets into his car, where the Trash Bag Killer awaits. He tells Glen that he shouldn't have disrespected Betty, before placing a bag over his head and suffocating him.[6]
After being suffocated, Glen's body is dismembered and placed in trash cans along Sketch Alley for Betty to find.[7]
Reanimated by Percival[]

Glen attacks Betty
Glen's corpse is reanimated by Percival and tasked with going after Betty. He breaks into her house and grabs a hand held battery powered saw from the kitchen drawer before charging towards her. Betty evades Glen's attack and momentarily renders him unconscious after hitting him over the head with a glass vase. She then goes into the garage, where she starts up the chainsaw just in time to take out Glen, who has regained consciousness and is charging towards her after breaking through the door. However, he is cut into pieces and left on the garage floor.[8]
Season 7[]
Investigating Hiram Lodge[]
Glen is in the The Pembrooke inside an elevator when the doors open and in comes resident Veronica Lodge, who stands beside him as the elevator doors close in front of them.
At the Babylonium, Glen walks over to the popcorn counter where he introduces himself to Veronica. Glen points his finger towards Hiram Lodge, asking her if she knows him to which she replies that he is her father. This causes him to tell her that he is from the FBI and has come to Riverdale to investigate Hiram due to his alleged ties to popular Cuban Communist diplomats and revolutionaries because of the fact that he had visited Cuba last summer.

Glen shows proof of Hiram's Communist ties to Veronica at Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe
The next day, Glen's car is parked near Riverdale High, causing Veronica to walk over there and tell him that he should be in New York chasing after her father. Glen replies by saying that his partner in the FBI is in New York whilst he has been sent to Riverdale to spy on her. This makes Veronica berate him by telling him that he should stop following her since he has no proof about Hiram's Communist involvement to back up his sham claims which causes Scot to tell her to get into the car as he will show her the proof somewhere else but not here, causing her to get in and for the 2 to drive away from the school.
