The Riverdale Register is the local newspaper in Riverdale that was established in 1942. One of their more notable prints was an article titled CHERYL BLOSSOM GUILTY AS SIN!. It was published after the revelation that Cheryl Blossom had lied about what truly had happened to her brother, Jason Blossom on July 4th.
Hal Cooper was forced to sleep there for several nights while estranged from his wife Alice.
Hiram Lodge has since purchased the newspaper in order to prevent Betty and Jughead from printing any unfavorable articles pertaining to Lodge Industries and its questionable activity.
