Bughead should’ve broke up In episode 17, and varchie should’ve broken up in episode 18th, just because, and that’s leading barchie to do something before he goes to the army, and gave jughead more closure with the situation, that would’ve made more sense then to unpackage everything In the last 3 episodes, and it would make more sense to why barchie is hooking up rn, because last time Betty rejected him, leaving them on awkward terms, I mean how can you be fwb when your barely friends!?!

Season 4 felt like it was horror themed , in all the episodes

Who do you think is the person sending the tapes? I think it’s Mr. Honey because, first, he was caught making the tape of the school, and second, they show a scene of him trying to go inside the Scarlet Suite (I don’t remember what it’s called), where there are illegally tapes, in the back of that store where they sell movies in the form of tapes. (Don’t know it’s name either).

I’m really bummed about the fact that Charles is in fact supposed to be evil once again. I really wish they hadn’t taken his storyline that way. I really loved him throughout season 4, I think he adds so much to the characters storyline. I love seeing him and Betty and Jughead working together. And watching him grow closer to his family. I really think they could’ve let him be just a good guy and this season and even the next one(s) storylines would still be wonderful. I don’t know, that’s just my wish. I liked that they had the F.B.I’s help especially since Skeet Ulrich already declared he wasn’t coming back to riverdale for season 5. So now the town doesn’t have the help of a good sherif. And since they are graduating and moving on the group of detectives and fighters of wrongs need someone in the big leagues to help them anyways because their adventures might start taking place in a different town or towns. Maybe they will let Charles character redeem himself eventually. That’s what I hope for anyways.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENS AFTER SEASON 4 EPISODE 19!?!?!? I NEED TO KNOWWWWW

I have a theory that the next episode is the prom episode and Jughead and Veronica will find out about the Barchie kiss. According to Roberto Aguilera Sacasa, they will both find out in different ways and I think Veronica will find out by Archie playing her his song and she realises who it is actually for. How Jughead finds out I don't know. Any ideas? I also don't know how Jughead or Veronica will react. I believe that they will carry out the Barchie plot line until the final 3 episodes that would have been in season 4. Season 5 is due to time jump 5 years and I think that potentially Bughead and Varchie will reconcile as they matured. I seriously hope so as I am a big Bughead and Varchie shipper because they work so well together.

Personally, I don't think it is the end for Bughead because they are perfect for each other on an intellectual and emotional level. Also, I believe that Bughead is too popular with the fans for the writers to completely write it off.

Ok spoiler warning if you haven't seen the season 4 musical, but I have a theory.

I think that the person who had the Betty mask on at the end of the episode and hit a guy in a Jughead mask with a rock, was Ethel.

There's a moment where "Betty" hits "Jughead" again and again and a very small period of time where you can see the hair of "Betty" behind the mask and it does look like Ethel's hair to me, at least. Also, since Ethel is coming back in Episode 18, it just makes sense to me for it to be Ethel.

I know many of you have been wondering, but now it's official. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, which in turn caused production to shut down indefinitely, Season 4 will end with episode 19: Chapter Seventy-Six: Killing Mr. Honey.
