Season 1 (Riverdale)

Remember in like season 1 when Hal was like “Yeah the reason I ordered Polly’s baby bump to get cut off is because we don’t want mutated kids.” Is that actually true or was just being a psychopath?

As we all know Riverdale has a few *cough* many *cough* plot holes but one I’m most annoyed about is Archie’s music. It’s not because I liked it it’s just his entire character in season one was based off his music and it’s sorta been a big part of his life but through season 6 & 7 poof it just doesn’t exist anymore. Like all the characters have inconsistencies but this just feels disappointing because he was always thinking about football and music and then they both become irrelevant to his life later on the show.

She had the best lines when she was at Archie’s house in this episode! Like they where golden. Almost gave Regina George vibes.

I hate how much hate the serpents get in the first two seasons. They literally stuck by each other. *spoiler alert* when they help fangs out of the police station, that broke my heart. They tried so hard to protect him and the poor boy was innocent. i know the crew changes a lot later but I really loved the unity at the start.

1) Kevin is the sweetest person in Riverdale and doesn't deserve anything he has gone through since Season 1.

2) Joaquin's little brother is evil as f***. How are they even related?

I was looking back at some old Riverdale promos, and I noticed that in comment section of the 1x04 promo everyone was excited & on edge about Ms Grundy’s real identity etc.

I’ve been thinking about it, and I think they wrote her off to the show too soon. It would’ve been interesting if she’d still been caught, but in 1x07 or 1x08 instead. She & Archie could’ve ended things like the planned to, but she could’ve played more of a role in the season’s mystery. Maybe Betty’s theory about Ms Grundy & Jason was true? Maybe she was a bigger part of the murder than we thought?

They could’ve made her even more of a villain, they could’ve added another layer to Jason Blossom’s murder - all while still getting caught and leaving town.

Even though I don’t like her, I think it could’ve made the first season even more interesting. Thoughts?
